Basketball: MHP Giant Ludwigsburg Lose First Champions League

The MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg started with a narrow defeat in the quarter-final series of the Basketball Champions League.

The Bundesliga club lost the first duel at U-BT Cluj-Napoca with 73:76 (34:37). With a second defeat against the Romanian club, the Swabians divorce.
